1. Who creates the video and who sells it

The CookiePaws video is created and supplied by Cookie Minds di Sepe Marco & C. S.a.s., Via Gaetano Donizetti 3A, 22073 Fino Mornasco (CO), VAT number 04322130131, PEC (certified email) cookieminds@pecsicura.com. Contact: info@cookieminds.com.

The sale and payment are handled by Link, Stripe’s payment service, which acts as the reseller: it takes the payment, charges and pays the VAT, sends you the receipt and deals with any matters relating to the charge. On the payment page you will see it shown as “Sold through Link”. By paying, you also accept Link’s terms and privacy notice, which you can find on that page. These terms govern the video: what you receive, how and when we deliver it to you, our promise and the use of your photos.

2. What we offer

A personalised digital video of about 20 seconds, in vertical MP4 format, created with artificial intelligence from the photos you upload, with your pet’s name, the dates and the dedication you choose. The video is an artistic interpretation: we do our best to make it as true to life as possible, but some details may differ from reality.

3. Price and payment

The price is €29.90, VAT included, and is shown before you order. VAT is calculated by Link based on the country you enter at payment, but the total you pay does not change. If you pay from a country with a different currency, Link may show you the converted amount before you confirm.

Payment is made in advance on Stripe’s secure page. The order is concluded when the payment is confirmed: at that point Link sends you the receipt and we send you an email with a summary of your order.

4. Delivery

We send you the video by email within 24 hours of payment, with a link to watch and download it. The link stays active for 30 days: we recommend downloading the video straight away. If, for technical reasons, we need more time, we will let you know.

5. Right of withdrawal

The video is personalised digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, and we start creating it straight after payment. For this reason, before paying, you expressly ask us to start straight away and confirm that you understand that, once creation has begun, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as provided by art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). We also confirm this in the order email.

As the reseller, Link applies the consumer protections that apply in the country where you are: if, in a particular case, the law gives you additional rights, those rights always remain valid. The same applies to your rights in the event of non-conforming content, described in section 6.

6. Our promise and the legal guarantee

If you don’t recognise your pet in the video, write to us within 14 days of delivery: we will remake it for free, taking your comments into account. Your statutory rights for non-conforming digital content (Articles 135-bis et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code) still apply in any case.

If we are unable to deliver the video, or you are entitled to a refund, the refund may be issued by Cookie Minds or by Link: in either case, the amount goes back to the same payment method you used.

7. Your photos and your video

• Only upload photos that you have the right to use and that do not infringe other people’s rights.
• Do not upload unlawful, violent or offensive content: in such cases we may refuse the order and arrange a refund for you.
• The video is for your personal use: you may keep it, give it as a gift and share it, including on social media.
• We only show your video as an example if you have given us your consent. We never show your photos.

8. Artificial intelligence

The video is generated by third-party artificial intelligence models from your photos. For transparency, the video’s closing credits say so.

9. Support and complaints

For the video and for any problem, write to us at info@cookieminds.com: we reply within one working day. For questions about the charge or the receipt, you can also contact Link’s support team, whose details are on the receipt you receive after payment.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the place where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; your order is governed by the version published at the time you place it.
